Event Details

 

  • What is the date and time of the event?  Saturday, October 4, 2025,   2:00 – 6:00pm

 

  • Where is the event located? Crowne Plaza College Park, 6400 Ivy Lane, Greenbelt, MD 20770                                                                                              

 

  • What is the event schedule? Doors open at 2:00pm. Lunch service will begin at 3:00pm Open seating. However, if a table is purchased it will be reserved for those guests. Program and entertainment will follow the meal.

 

Registration & Tickets

 

  • What is the price to attend?

The cost is $110.00 per person (Sorry no children’s prices) Final payment is due by September 14, 2025.

 

  • How can I register or buy tickets for the event?

Tickets can be purchased online at www.floridaavenue.org (Click on the Donations tab and scroll down to Pastor’s Anniversary) Or checks can be mailed to the Church:

  • Can I purchase tickets at the door? No

 

  • Do I need to bring a printed ticket, or can I show it on my phone? No physical tickets are being distributed.  A record of each transaction is being maintained by the Committee

 

  • Venue & Parking: Parking is free on the grounds of the venue

 

  • Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities? Yes

 

Accommodations

 

  • Are there any hotels accommodations near the event? Individuals should contact the Crowne Plaza directly to book rooms (301) 441-3700

 

  • Are children allowed? If so, is there an age limit or discount? Children are allowed, however, there is no discount.

 

  • Can I take photos or videos during the event? Yes

 

  • Will the event be streamed or recorded? The event will not be streamed
